MI6 Makes the ‘Best 100 Race Employers’ Listings

The list is unranked and represents 66 public and private sector employers that have demonstrated how they are putting leadership on race into place within their organisations, and collectively represent the best employers for Black, Asian and Minority (BAME) people in the United Kingdom.
Alex Younger, MI6 Chief:
“As Baroness McGregor-Smith said, the time for talk on race in the workplace is over, it’s time to act. As head of a dynamic, global organisation I know I need the best talent from the widest range of backgrounds to counter the threats facing this country – simply, MI6 needs the best people that this country has to offer. That’s why I am determined we have a Service that reflects today’s UK society; improving diversity, both in terms of skills and background. More and more talented BAME candidates are ruling themselves in and applying to MI6 in greater numbers. If you have the skills we are looking for there is a place for you in MI6. (NWN emphasis) As I have said before, there is no such thing as a “standard” MI6 officer; we are about recruiting, developing and retaining the best talent, regardless of background. Our success is based on the brilliance and ingenuity of our people. I am particularly proud of the progress we have made. NWN : Is this the final step/act, in the total destruction of the United Kingdom ? Of course dual or split loyalties never entered the 'heads' of our defence communities ?
The imposition of 'diversity' within the 'Defence of the Realm' is the final nail in the coffin in our opinion.
A fairly top level magazine produced for the British army in the late 1970's, identified the many different races and languages that the 'Warsaw Pact' countries then comprised, were a major weakness for the old USSR.
One only has to look at the very high number of jews who were involved in spying in history. For example; Jonathan Pollard who received a huge sentence for spying for Israel in the USA.
