British Home Secretary to Lock Herself Up?

There is a good reason that George Orwell’s dystopian novel “1984” was written in the UK. This was because there is definitely something “Orwellian” about a lot of Brits, like, for example, the present Home Secretary (Minister of the Interior) Amber Rudd.
Even though she comes from what is technically the “center-right” Conservative Party, Rudd is one of those dead-eyed apparatchiks who believes that ever-increasing state power, censorship, and “thought crime” legislation will move us all one step closer to the beautiful multicultural utopia that we have been denied for so long.
Her latest Orwellian initiative is to push for a ludicrous tightening of the law that could see people jailed for up to 15 years merely for viewing “terrorist” content online. For comparison, think about some of the ridiculously lenient sentences handed out to grooming rape gangs and people who lock women in their car boots.
Speaking at the Conservative Party conference, Rudd shared her anarcho-tyrannical vision with the press:
Of course, the British government would never in a million years think of using such an open-ended and subjectively interpreted law for locking up someone it just didn’t like, now, would it? And, naturally, it would never stoop to using such a nebulous law as a convenient way to balance the “oppression books” by locking up a few harmless White people so that actually dangerous minorities didn’t feel too “discriminated” against.
I mean it’s not like the Home Office abused its power to ban potential terrorists from traveling to the UK when they also banned the likes of Richard Spencer,Matthew Heimbach, and Pamela Geller from entering the country, is it? I mean all those people are exactly on a par with ISIS and Al Qaeda terrorists and their groupies, except possibly for the lack of UK funding.
Really, I would be all for the law if only it were imposed objectively, with everyone who repeatedly viewed actual terrorist content being locked behind bars — that would, of course, include the Home Secretary herself, who, as part of her job, has to repeatedly view terrorist material. I mean she must be completely radicalized into hating her own people by now. It certainly looks like it.

NWN: But what about the UK Government allowing and encouraging the 2,000 + Al Qaida people that included the Manchester bomber Salman Abedi to actually live and still live in Manchester and which they have done for over 20 years ? And then either denying this, or ignoring this info and ensuring this information never really got out ? “I want to make sure those who view despicable terrorist content online, including jihadi websites, far-right propaganda and bomb-making instructions, face the full force of the law,” said Rudd. “There is currently a gap in the law around material [that] is viewed or streamed from the internet without being permanently downloaded. This is an increasingly common means by which material is accessed online for criminal purposes and is a particularly prevalent means of viewing extremist material such as videos and web pages.”What laudable aims! What noble goals!
